Test Preparation

Our organization and partners give population specific specialized test preparation on both individual small group and large group basis. Courses range from one day to 8 weeks. We strive to make sure that students have a deeper understanding of core subject areas and respective test sections as well as individualized strategies to help increase their scores.

ACT Preparation Curriculum Integration

From the beginning, it is extremely important for grade schools, middle
schools, and most importantly high schools to have act preparation programs
embedded in their curriculum throughout the duration of their study. Most
institutions believe that having an ACT preparation course at the end of the
junior year will bring up scores and give students an opportunity for success.
However, a longitudinal approach to consistently analyze the curriculum to meet
the needs of the students and match them with their respective Proficiency may
be a better approach. If curricula expose students to the standards for the
assessment test, then problem solving, and analysis skills become second
nature.

Our company looks to help institutions at the beginning of their act
preparation design to put structures in place to address specific concerns
institutionally. This may come in the form of curricular analysis, both
departmentally and institutionally, to maximize students’ comprehension,
understanding, and performance on the standardized test. It may that the institution
may need a custom, outside course to perform the same. Whatever your needs are,
we are here to assist in facilitating them.

Cultural Competency Curriculum

There are changing demographics within the United States which require a sensitivity to its constituent parts. It is vital when trying to educate a diverse and changing student body to adapt to their educational needs to increase performance and effectiveness of the students that we wish to serve. At times, difficult conversations and decisions need to be made on what best practices are most relevant for the student body. These changes may include a rotating schedule in the literature that is presented in an English class or changing how social studies is delivered to the student population.

We help to navigate those very sensitive conversations and adjust what may be considered traditional curriculums at various institutions. Adjusting curricular objectives, content, and application does not mean mitigating rigor but enhances it. Let us help you and your institution navigate these waters carefully and thoughtfully.

Cultural Competency Hiring and Staffing

As important as it is to have a culturally competent curriculum, it is also important to ensure that your Staffing is appropriate for achieving your objectives. It is important in any environment to have the right people with diverse training, approaches, experiences, sensitivity, and understanding to support the needs of your students. The more diverse the Staff are at your Institution, the more capable they will be in solving concerns, mapping out strategy, and pulling out the most from each student.

We have a strong network of Educators, Administrators, Support Workers, and other staff to reflect those experiences that your institution seeks. Everything you do in an institution should reflect your ultimate objective as it relates to cultural competency and diversity. We can help you find the right individuals to fulfill whatever vacancies or updates you need in your Institution.
